Proposed Mission Viejo Garden Plaza Project workshops and open house

Opportunity for residents to engage about project

Mission Viejo, Calif.- ValueRock Realty, the developer of the proposed Mission Viejo Garden Plaza Project, will host a series of virtual workshops beginning February 17 that will be followed by an in-person Community Open House on March 9.

These workshops stem from a discussion at the January 25 City Council Meeting between Mayor Wendy Bucknum and City Manager Dennis Wilberg regarding concerns from numerous residents about unanswered questions stemming from ValueRock's January 24 Public Scoping Meeting.

According to ValueRock, each virtual workshop will focus on a specific area of interest based on feedback received from Mission Viejo residents. The workshops will provide an opportunity to learn more about the proposed project and ask questions.

The Open House will start with a presentation and allow residents to engage with representatives from ValueRock and provide feedback.
