Orange, Calif. – The City of Orange has been informed by Southern California Edison that SCE crews will be conducting aerial inspections of their electrical equipment in fire risk areas, including those in Orange, over the next few weeks.
The aerial inspections of SCE's transmission and distribution facilities will involve the use of helicopter and/or drones and will only take place during daylight hours.
Aerial inspections are currently scheduled to take place in the city of Orange starting on January 26, and ending on January 31.
