Cruel World Festival lineup for 2024 announced: Duran Duran to headline in Pasadena

Los Angeles, Calif. – Goldenvoice announced the return of Cruel World Festival taking place Saturday, May 11, 2024, at Brookside at The Rose Bowl in Pasadena, CA featuring a headline performance by Duran Duran who recently released their sixteenth studio album "Danse Macabre" – a haunting collection of original songs, covers and reimagined classics. Saturday will also see performances from Interpol, Blondie, Simple Minds, Placebo, Soft Cell, Adam Ant, Ministry, Gary Numan, DREAMCAR and many more!

Paying tribute to the industrial metal & new wave music scene, Ministry will be playing songs from their influential studio albums, "With Sympathy" and "Twitch," and Gary Numan will be performing his debut solo studio album, "The Pleasure Principle."

Additionally, AFI's Davey Havok and No Doubt's Tony Kanal, Tom Dumon, and Adrian Young's supergroup DREAMCAR will grace the stage with their unique take on the new wave genre.
